Terms and Conditions

1. This offer is valid for 16 months from date of issue. Travel must be completed before expiration date. This vacation offer provides an 8 days/7 nights stay in a condominium, for two adults, during value time, for a fee of $149.00. Please refer to the guide for value time dates in each location. Larger units are available to accommodate additional travelers for a nominal fee. Depending on the resort, travel dates are Friday-to-Friday, Saturday-to-Saturday, or Sunday-to-Sunday.

2. The total payment, in form of a credit card, must accompany the Reservation Request Form. Once confirmed, your vacation is non-refundable and non-changeable.

3. All condominium accommodations are subject to "space availability". Excluded are all Holidays and Special Event weeks, such as Christmas, Easter or Daytona 500. GCI may offer alternative dates or destinations to accommodate your request. At least 14 days advance notice is required for your reservation.

4. This offer does not include meals, transportation, resort taxes, tips, liquor, telephone calls, or any other personal expenses. Although transportation is not included in this offer, GCI can provide a full service travel agency for assistance.

5. This vacation offer may not be used in conjunction with any other Global promotion or discount offer. This vacation offer is not valid for groups.

6. GCI assumes no responsibility for services or acts performed or not performed by resorts or other suppliers, or cancellations due to nature, mechanical breakdown, strikes, acts of God, or for any cause whatsoever due to delays.

7. If one person in the party is not at least 21 years old, you may be denied lodging, and no refunds will be made.

8. This certificate has no cash redemption value and is non-transferable and cannot be sold to the end user.

9. No pets are allowed at any resort. All resorts are non-smoking.

10. It is the responsibility of the end user to provide proper documentation such as Passports, Birth Certificates, Visas, Photo Ids, etc. for departure if necessary. It is important that you do not leave for your vacation until you have received your reservation confirmation.

Note: GCI will make every efforts to fulfill this vacation offer as stated. However, Global reserves the right, without notice, to discontinue offering any of the destinations listed in this offer. When this occurs, GCI will try to substitute comparable destinations. This certificate is void where prohibited by Law.
